Go to Reports-> Online Store

From this section you can view all the purchases made by your customers on the online store. This report works as a summary.

To do this, it is necessary to have the online store correctly configured. If you do not know how to set it up, you can do it by following these simple steps.

For that, enter the start and end date of the desired shopping period.

Click on the Search button to search within the selected period.

Once the Search button has been pressed, a table with the following column titles will be displayed at the bottom of the screen:

  • Order number: It will show the order number.

  • Client: It will show the order holder.

  • Document: it will show the document of the order holder.

  • Date: it will show the date and time the order was placed.

  • Type: It will show the different types of payment of the orders.

    • Online: Purchases paid for online.

    • Store: Orders with pending payment at the store.

  • Total: It will show the total cost of the order.

In this list you will be able to view the different orders made.

At the bottom, click on the order you want to see, then you will see the extras, as well as a button lower right corner where you will be able to visualize the invoice created automatically by the program.

Important! If the order is related to a reservation, it will show the reservation number.
