Go to Reports-> Revenue -> ADR
The Average Daily Rate (ADR) is the average room sale price during a specific period of time.
This section splits the monthly ADR and the percentage of occupancy for that month
1. Monthly ADR
The monthly ADR shows the average sales price per room.
This operation consists of adding up all the accommodation costs (room only) and dividing it by the stays sold.
In the bar chart you will see 14 past and 4 future months (the view cannot be modified).
In the lower right corner you will see a table which will show you the monthly data of the chart, the ADR of the global period (all months included in the chart) and the ADR of the current day.
2. Percentage Occupation ADR period
From this bar chart you will see the monthly occupation of rooms sold as a percentage of the total available units.
