From this section you can add your annual expenses of the establishment to make an approximation of the GopPar.
To do this, in the box below you must fill in the following fields with the annual expenses of your establishment:
Personnel expenses.
Supplies.
Financial costs.
Rents.
Maintenance.
Commissions.
Advertisement
Other expenses
Once these approximate annual expenses have been entered, you will be able to visualize the most real Gross Operating Profit Per Available Room (GopPar) for your establishment.
1. RevPAR
The RevPAR, an acronym for the English words Revenue Per Available Room,is the coefficient between the production in concept of accommodation, divided by the number of available rooms, that is, it is a ratio that reflects the combination that the hotelier has obtained between the occupation and sales price of the room.
This data is obtained by dividing the monthly hotel occupancy by the average sales price of the rooms.
A hotel with 65% occupancy and an average room sales price of 90 euros will have a RevPAR of 58.50 euros.

2. GopPar
The Gross Operating Profit Per Available Room (GopPar) is the alternative that is gaining ground in the analysis of the performance of the establishments.
This summary provides a better account of the overall management of the establishment, especially the result of the hotel operation. This is because it is not limited to accommodations, but to all the sales of the establishment. This also reduces the annual production costs, giving a more accurate reality on the operation of the accommodation .
