TrevPAR/LeadTime
Go to Settings -> Rooms and Lounges
From this section you will see the average income per room and the anticipation which the reservation is made with, comparing the current year to the previous one.
1. TrevPAR
The TrevPAR, an acronym for Total Revenue per Available Room, is the average of the rooms productivity. It is the result of dividing the total income of the establishment by the total number of available rooms.
2. LeadTime
The Lead Time is the period of time between the time that the reservation is made and the check-in at the establishment.
