Printing system
Avirato gives you a printing system that allows your guests to print documents from their room.
For that, it is necessary to have a printer compatible with PaperCut and the license required to use this program.
The guest will be able to print any document with the keycard, and automatically charged to their room.
Management:
Go to Setting -> Avirato Integrations -> Avirato Integrations -> Printing System -> Management
In this option you will see quickly and easily all active users and their debts.
You can delete a charge from a room if it is necessary.
Settings:
Go to Settings -> Avirato Integrations -> Avirato integrations -> Printing System -> Settings
In this section you can configure the connection with the printing system PaperCut.
You have to put the printing database and server parameters so your clients can print documents.
Put the URL, user and password provided by PaperCut in the Avirato PMS to synchronize them.
Once you have entered all necessary data, you must turn on the printing interface for guests.
Important! This configuration is saved automatically.
