SMS
In this section, we explain how to configure the SMS option to be sent automatically to the booker.
Send SMS confirmations, reminders and an appreciation message of each reservation to the booker . To have this service, contact Afilnet and ask for a budget.
1. Configure Afilnet on Avirato PMS
Once you have subscribed to the Afilnet service, go to Avirato and enter Alfilnet user and password in the blank for Afilnet user. In the field for Sender name, put the name you want the receiver to see in the SMS.
Also, you have the option of pop-up messages when a SMS is sent to the client and receive a confirmation email for each SMS sent.
2. SMS Creation
Then you can create and turn on the SMS option.
You have three available options:
reminder, confirmation and appreciation message. To turn on any of these options you have to mark the check box for each one.
For this option there is no template available but we give you a tag where you can write your SMS.
