Group Bookings
In this section you will learn how to create group reservations either from the APP or the desktop site.
You are provided with only one option to create this type of reservation.
1. Creation from the + icon
On the planning, there is a “+” button in the upper-left corner in the App version, and a “+ New reservation” (new booking) button in the desktop version.
By clicking that button, you will see a window where you have to enter the reservation data.
Mandatory data: they are the name and last name, as well as in the desktop site .
Choose the arrival and departure date of the reservation.
Select the rate wanted for the client. The predefined rate will always be selected by default.
Decide the number of adults, children and the type of regime.
Write your comments.
You can add the advance on your reservations on the penultimate field.
Select that you are making a group reservation, if this is the case.
When selecting this option, you will see the category list of our establishment. Then you have to choose the number of rooms by category.
The number of available rooms will appear on the left of the name of the category.
After selecting the room, click the Create reservation button to complete the group reservation.
A message saying if you want to unify charges will be shown.
Important! If the charges are not unified, the reservations will be made as an individual one under the same holder.
