Individual bookings
To make an individual reservation you will have three options, either on the app or the desktop site:
three options to create reservations:
1. Booking from the + icon
In the top left of the app, click on the “+” button and from the desktop site click on the “new reservation” button.
After this, a window will open to enter the following data:
Mandatory data: they are the name and last name, as well as in the desktop site.
Important! If the user is already registered, all fields will be filled with the data saved in the system.
Choose the arrival and departure date of the reservation.
Select the rate wanted for the client. The predefined rate will always be selected by default.
Decide the number of adults, children and the type of regime.
Write your comments.
You can add the advance on your reservations from the penultimate field.
Select that you are making an individual reservation.The system will display the rate and rooms available for the reservation and the total amount.
2. Clicking on an available day on the planning
The second option is by clicking on an empty square that indicates the date is available. When selecting the day, a window will display to enter all the reservation data as above mentioned.
On this window the date cannot be changed since it is already selected from the planning.To change the date, close the reservation window and select the new date on the planning.
Also, the room selector will be locked since you are already selecting a room and date from the planning.
Important! The check-out date will be predefined by the availability.
3. On the monthly displaying
The monthly occupation can be displayed by clicking on the room.
By clicking on the room you can see the availability calendar of the month and the reservations by color. Uncolored spaces are dates available for bookings.
This option is perfect for distant dates reservations.
The window reservation mentioned above will be displayed to be filled.
After booking, you will see the date and room selected turn gray what indicates they are booked.
