In this section you will see the reports from the APP or the desktop version.
These reports are essential to manage your establishment.
1. Summary (today)
This real-time report consists of the foresight of stays pending check-in compared to the pending arrival; the stays pending check out compared to the pending departure; the reservation summary made during the day; the summary of cancelled reservations of the day; and In House stays in your establishment.
2. Reservation per operator (this year)
This real-time report will show you from which operators are entering the reservations.
It will always be during the current year.
3. Occupancy
This real-time report will show the occupancy of the current day.
This includes all rooms, the number of adults, and the percentage of occupancy per category.
4. Media de ocupación (este mes)
The first band comprises from the 1st to the 7th of the month.
The second band, from the 8th to the 14th of the month.
The third band, from the15th to the 21th.
The last one, from the 22th to the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31th of the month.
Important! If you are using the desktop version, you will see the entire month in the graphic.
5. Nationalities (this year)
This report will show the reservations of the current year according to the guests’ nationality.
