Locks
Go to My account > Setting > locks
In this section you will be able to create and delete locks.
To be considered before starting:
If you are using the APP to see this section, the button My account may not appear. Thus, click on this icon:

1. Room locks
In this section, you will be able to lock rooms.
To do this, you have to select the rooms to be locked, the start and end date. Then click on Add llocks.
Important! The end date indicates that the room will be available for new reservations. To make this process easier from the APP, you can use these filters:

Type of area: it allows you to choose the type of area.
Type of accomodation: it allows you to filter by room category and then choose which room you want to lock.
Important! Every created or modified lock will be sent automatically to the booking engine and channel manager.
2. Current Locks
In this section, you will see all the locks.
Select the locks and then click clear selected.
Important! Click the Open setup menu button If you want to create or delete a lock, modify or create restrictions
