Users & Security

Go to Menu> Settings > My account > Users & Security. 

Log in with user and password. If you are not registered, click here.

If you try to access from a non-frequent device, a secure email will be sent, to allow you to access. You must approve the device.
 In this section, you can protect your settings with a password for admitting any change.  

Also, you can create users with different roles, and if you want to look at specific categories, you can set up the Proprietor Access. 

Access to Setting option: 

Protect the settings of your software. When this option is turned on, the system will ask the user’s password, even if they have full access. 

 Adding users :

  1. Enter the name and email of the new user and give permissions by selecting them in the checkboxes.  
  2. Grant the appropriate role to the user. 
  3. Save it. 
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email addresses registered.  
  5. Confirm your password, create a password, maximum 16 characters.
  6. Access the new user. In the Users & Security section click on update users to look at all verified users.   

Managing users’ permission:

You can verify, modify, or update users’ permission. To edit users easily, you can select multiple options by clicking on select all, and save it. 

 
Proprietors option:
Select the category you want the proprietor to see. This option is for the owner to have access only to their property. When this option is turned on, you can only select the first column (see, make, modify, and delete reservations. Also, modify charges).

You can have as many users as needed; each one has to have different email addresses to log in.

Proprietors will be able to look at their properties and pictures, modify the rates and descriptions. All these permissions can be granted or denied.
