Go to Planning > Dashboard
In this section the daily operation of your hotel is displayed. It is a useful section where you can manage reservations and rooms.
Graphics of Information are displayed by default but if you click on the buttons See List, Check-in, Check-out, Bookings or In House you will be able to see the current day operations.
To be considered before starting:
It will always display the information of the current day. This option cannot be modified.
Reports of locks, cancellations, deleted reservations or proprietors reservation (complementary) will not be displayed.
- Check In
The Check In button filters rooms of the arrivals of the day. It displays rooms waiting for the guests arrival and rooms already checked in. You will also see all bookings of the current day. These reservations can be filtered for the guest’s name or reservation number.
Besides, there are the following filters:
Checked In. Display rooms that are in checked in status.
Arrival. Display rooms that are pending for check in.
Pending Payment. Display rooms with billings pending for payment.
1 night reservation. Display bookings that stay only one night.
2 nights reservation. Display bookings that stay two nights.
+2 night reservation. Display bookings that stay more than two nights.
By clicking on a reservation, the guest data will be displayed.
- Check Out
The Check Out button filters rooms of the departures of the day. It displays rooms pending for departures and rooms already checked out. These reservations can be filtered for the guest’s name or reservation number.
Besides, there are the following filters:
Checked Out Rooms. Display the rooms in checked out status.
Due out. Display rooms that are pending for check out.
Pending Payment. Display rooms with billings pending for payment.
By clicking on a reservation the guest data will be displayed.
- Reservations
By clicking on the Reservations button you can make a search of reservations either of the current day or a future date.
The system will display the current day reservations by default.
These reservations can be filtered for the guest’s name or reservation number.
Besides, there are the following filters:
1Pax. Reservation for 1 person.
2Pax. Reservations for 2 people.
+2Pax. Reservations for more than two people.
Pending Payment. Display reservations with billings pending for payment
By clicking on a reservation, the guest’s data will be displayed.
- In House
By clicking on the In House button, you will be able to filter rooms occupied at the moment.
This section displays the occupied rooms or in house that stay the current day. These reservations can be filtered for the guest’s name or reservation number.
Besides there are the following filters:
1Pax. Rooms occupied by 1 person.
2Pax. Rooms occupied by 2 people.
+2Pax. Rooms occupied by more than two people.
Pending Payment. Display rooms with billings pending for payment
By clicking on a reservation, the guest data will be displayed.
Important! To go back to the Dashboard display, click on Main display blue button letters on the top-left corner.
The system will always display by default the information of the current date on the graphics.
The information that will show the graphic is:
Month occupancy (Current month)
Nationality (Current year)
Occupancy (Current day)
Reservation origin (Año Actual en Curso)
- Average Occupancy
This line graph will show the daily occupation of the current month as percentage over the total of bookings.
On the upper side you will see the value of the average percentage.
- Nationality
This bar graph will show the guests’ nationalities of the current year.
The average of each nationality will be numbered per reservations and as percentage over the total reservations of the year.
Average nationalities will be represented as percentage over the total of reservaciont of the year and numbered per reservation.
- Occupancy
In this graphic you will see the occupancy percentage of the day, either of rooms or filtered by category.
- Reservation origin
This is a graph where you will see the percentage of the reservations of the current year, only visible if It represents more than 20% over the total of reservations.

The dashboard display is available for all users. In case of proprietors’ access, they only will see the data set to be visible for them.
