Add an alert

In the lower part is a selector to choose the type of alert you want to create: notice , wake-up call or maintenance notice. Besides, you can link the alert to a reminder, setting the day and hour in the selector on the right.

Important! When the alert is created from a reservation, I will only work for the reservation.

Checking/unchecking an alert as done

Click on an alert to check it as done. The color of the alert will change to visually indicate the status of the incidence. You can check the alert to indicate that is solved or unsolved:

  1. Red: not solved

  2. Green: solved

If the alert is a notice, it can be checked as read by clicking on the sealed envelope icon which will change to an unsealed envelope icon.

Deleting an alert

To delete an alert, click on the trash icon.

Important! The deleted alerts cannot be recovered.
