Avirato’s software is suitable for all operating systems: Windows, Mac and Linux.
Download and run the software to start.
Once installed, click on Sign up to sign in with an email and password. After that, you could try for free our property management system for 20 days.
You can log in with your account or by creating a new one.

Versions
Avirato is a cloud-based PMS software. We have four versions, each one focused on different commercial necessities. These are:
Before you choose the version, we recommend you to know the magnitude and requirements of your business to have a more fitted version for your hotel. You can review our versions by clicking here.
With the free version, you may get a sense of how to use Avirato PMS, besides enjoying an intuitive interface and having all reservations in one place with an availability calendar. This version also allows you to make check-ins and check-outs to your guests, as well as bills and manage guests’ data.
We offer Essentials, a free trial for 20 days which includes the PMS functions, updates, revenue management, and control of working days, Avirato App, the initial setting, document reader, and OCR AviScan.
For the Premium version, you will have all the Essentials version functionalities plus a booking engine built-in to the hotel website, channel manager, technical support service, newsletter, and templates editor.
Lastly, the Advanced version has all functions of Essentials and Premium versions plus E-commerce (online store), website, blog/news section, web maintenance, email, web server, and domain.
All versions are set by the number of rooms to set up. For more details, we invite you to check our price list where you will find the information button to review the functions of each version.
Avirato facilitates the way of payment, so you can choose how to pay your bills, annually or monthly. Also, you will be able to change the version easily, whenever you desire
System Requirements
Since Avirato is a based-cloud software, it means the app, data, and information is saved in a remote server. It must have a permanent connection to the Internet to access Avirato PMS.
To use our software, you must download it on your computer.
Besides, Avirato is compatible with the basic system settings. All details are listed below.

This is because the Avirato application is not downloaded from the apple Store.
To start Avirato correctly, it is necessary to click on the Avirato icon with the right mouse button, and before clicking on “Open”, press the Control key (Ctrl) while clicking. In the following message click on Open, to run the application. This will return the Avirato application as a safe application.
In order to open Avirato correctly without displaying the “Damaged Application” notice, you must follow the following steps.
At the top right of your desktop, tap on the magnifying glass.
In it, a search engine will open, in which you must type terminal and press the ENTER key to open the terminal.
Once the terminal application is open, type xattr -cr and I dragged the Avirato icon to the terminal to automatically set the path. Example: xattr -cr /Applications/Avirato.app
