Civitatis has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2008 exceeding 2.5 millions of satisfacted clients.
- Civitatis and Avirato
Now we will explain why Avirato includes the Civitatis services in the PMS. Even if the hotel offers tours, excursion and activities to their clients, the Civitatis partnership will give you the 8% of commission just by selling their service to the guests.
This is, no expenses on tours or excursions but being able to offer the service and gain a percentage of each reservation of the civitatis service.
We make the tours and excursions packages based on the information of your establishment.
A. Enable the Civitatis wildcard on the email templates
Go to the email templates on Menu> Settings> Avirato Integrations > Avirato Integrations > E-mail > Email Templates
In the template, you have to access Automatization where you will see the wildcard as %Civitatis%. By adding this wildcard to the email template, you will get the 8% of the profits generated by the Civitatis wildcard.
The wildcard will be displayed as a banner in the footer of the email.
Important! Remember to save changes after adding the wildcard.
B. Banner display
By default, the banner of Civitatis will be at the footer of the emails your clients receive with the booking information.
You can edit the template and put the wildcard where you desire.
