The 179th form is the quarterly declaration of rental housing for tourist purposes.
In this section, we explain how to create the form 179 for the mandatory quarterly declaration.
To do this first, you have to fill in the main header. Where you will select the Issuer of form 179, the quarter to be declared and the year of said quarter.
Once you have filled in the header for your form 179, you will select the details of the owner of the vacation home.
Where you must fill in the data requested to complete the shipment correctly.
Once the corresponding fields have been filled in, choose the owner’s homes, selecting them, or enabling them with the check, and completing the boxes for homes for tourist use, as shown in the following image.
Once all the holiday homes have been filled in, click on the button
which will open a pop-up window to name the .xml file to be generated, to later save it on your computer.
Said file must be uploaded to the electronic headquarters of the tax agency.
Important! The maximum to be declared are 50 properties and 200 guests registered..
